Import file from server

Matrix Version: 5.4.3.1

In previous versions of Matrix we were able to put files on our Matrix server and then use the Bulk File Import tool to import these into Matrix as file assets. This was VERY.

Is it no longer possible to import files from the server into Matrix?

You’re supposed to use the File Bridge Import Tool for that now:

Hmm, this doesn’t seem to work for us. I can see the image files in the File Bridge, use the import tool to import to a new parent root. HIPO seems to process but nothing is imported and no errors.

Any reason why this wouldn’t work?
