Also, it doesn't appear that the keyword %asset_web_paths% works at all. I have tested it in a few places and nothing gets printed.

Typo… should be %asset_web_path%. I will let them know, thanks Nic.

I've fixed the issue that was causing the duplication. It should be all good now.
