Hey everyone,
I know you can display the last published date.
I was wondering if anyone knows what would be the "simplest" way of allowing users of the site and admin to get alerts every 3 months to show pages need checking and updating.
Would they all need to be on a work-flow in order for this to happen?

I don't think there need to be any workflow, but I'm not a workflow expert.
Combination of two triggers should do the job.
One with action "Set Future Status":
Add a cron job to change the asset's status to [Up for Review]
[+] immediately when this trigger is fired
Offset for the above fields [90] days [after] the specified value.
Second that sends email after this status change (and more info).
