Manipulate Assets Updated value

Possible to manipulate an assets updated value?

Do you mean the updated date? I am pretty sure a trigger can do it.

It's in the settings screen. You can change the value of create/update date, even the value 'by who'

But that is only Created and Published dates. Not the date of the last update.

For the future, you can also use Trigger Batching which allows you to run a trigger by "faking" the event.
