Matrix errors - Run level has been set without restoring

Hey Guys,

 

We have been getting a few  martix errors pertaining to  the easy-edit-suit.js.

 

 

*MySource Error*

File : [SYSTEM_ROOT]/core/web/index.php

Line : 36

Version : 4.18.0

DB Type : oci

 

A run level has been set without restoring

 

I'm not well versed up on this - could you provided an explanation?

Apart from this error messages, Is there any other warning/error in the logs?

 

What's the action you are executing when you get this error?

Thanks for responding =)

There was no errors in the error logs for hte users so I checked the system logs.

 

By the looks in the logs they were simply deleting an asset  via the linking screen in EES and the lookups were updated successfully.

Can't really determine what might be an issue here. I think we guys will have to set up a system similar to yours to see if we can replicate the issue.

There was another user that generated the same matrix error.

The other error was also asset lookups but the system had them as being successful.

Thanks Ash. It would be just good to know what it means. By the looks all the processes were infact successful.
