Is is possible to be able to throw a design or css into safe edit and make changes and then preview these changes before making them live on the website. I have tried doing this but I can't view the changes until the css is made live.
If this is not possible has anyone else got a solution. :blink:
hmm, I’m not sure about safe editing, but if you are making css changes I often use the ‘web developer’ plugin for firefox to alter and preview styles on the fly - it may help:
Web Developer Toolbar
Also, create a new design, set it as a User Applied design to your site and change to it manually. That way, you can edit the design, preview it and make changes without changing the live, system design.
Then, when you're happy with the new design, you can change the System design to the new one.
