The core download of the MySource Matrix Content Management System (CMS).
Version 3.18.0 RC1 is the first release on the 3.18 branch. This is also the first version of MySource Matrix that will run on PHP 5. It contains about 20 new features.
This release is for evaluation only. Existing users of the 3.16 branch should not upgrade to 3.18.0 RC1.

This version requires PHP 5.1.6 or later to run. MySource Matrix will not run on PHP 4.x starting from the 3.18.x branch. Earlier branches (up to 3.16.x) will continue to run on PHP 4.x only.
[*][b]This release candidate can only be installed on a system with a PostgreSQL database.[/b] Support for Oracle databases in the 3.18.x branch is not yet complete, but will be available in a future release.
