Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a news archive that uses metadata for the date of the news article.

 

Using a 'What's new' page gives me a date range, but the metadata field cannot be used for the date range selector.

 

Any ideas what can I can use that will display all assets for one year based on a metadata date field (ie, 2014, 2013,etc)?

Why are you choosing to use a metadata date field rather than the build in created, updated or published dates?

 

I wouldn't use a Metadata date field as they cannot be used in the same way.
