I have started a new company and am using Squiz again! After searching this site for over 20 minutes I had to sign up again, as I no longer work at the place I last used Squiz (over a year ago)! Would be helpful to have contact details for the administrator when something like this happens - otherwise we may end up having a few duplicate accounts... Just saying.
Accounts have an email address associated with them, but you should still be able to login with your old details and change your email address to a new one.
Is the problem that you forgot your password and you can't have a reset link sent to you because your email has changed? If that's the case, there isn't much I can do as I can't allow someone to take ownership of an account without some sort of verification.
Yes the problem was that I didn't remember my details and my email has changed. That is fine. I was just conscious of creating a new account when I already had one sitting on the system.
