Matrix Version: 5.4.3.1
after upgrading to 5.4.3.1, the asset listing page shows “no results” but it worked in the previous version.
The asset listing uses dynamic nodes from get variables. When the get variable points to shadow asset like “1234:1”, the asset listing returns no result.
I reckon it’s related to the colon in the asset ID. Anyone has come into the same issue? Any workaround before I raise the support ticket to Squiz? Thanks.

"not result is found" on dynamic node of shawdow assets
Does your issue sound like this, Robin? https://squizmap.squiz.net/matrix/11524
That’s odd… I asked internally about your access and it seems you should still have it.
If you can’t get in, then it might be a good idea to lodge a support ticket (or speak to your account manager).
Hi Robin,
Is “Direct Links Only” set to “Yes”?
Is the shadow you’re trying to list an immediate child of something that ends up in the list of dynamic root nodes?
My understanding is that this is the only way we’ve ever been able to list shadow assets.
direct links only is set to No, min level = 0, max level = 0.
I want to display the root asset, which to be the shadow asset via the dynamic node via get variable.
it worked fine in the past three years, since upgrade, it stopped working.
(taking over from Robin) I tried setting direct links to “Yes” with the same result.
I didn’t think a root node could be a shadow asset, for example, “1234:1” doesn’t sound like it could be the root node for the asset listing.
Wouldn’t you want “1234” to be the root node?
Can you share some more info about the implementation?
If you still get stuck, I’d contact Squiz Support to get them to investigate closer and see how the upgrade might have affected it.
Hi Bart,
The root node of “1234:1” has been working smoothly for three years.
Robin
Can you share a bit more info about your implementation so that we can try and replicate it?
Also, you might be best off contacting Squiz support to see if they still have the old system available for us to investigate as well to see how it was working there, and what version it was on.
