Hi,
I have problem with matrix, not sure what is causing this:
But it’s generating error in both edit and admin mode:
Line: 154
Char: 6
Error: Object Expected
Code: 0
URL: http://intendance2.clients.squiz.co.uk/_admin/?SQ_BACKEND_PAGE=header¤t_assetid=&sq_lock_type=&sq_popups_blocked=0
Also when editing assets in edit or admin mode after few minutes I’m hitting commit and changes are not appearing. Sometimes is ok!
I have popups turned off and low security. Anything I can do to stop this happening?
Help Please!
Is your top bar reloading correctly? If not, you may be losing your locks after 10 minutes, which means your changes will be lost when you commit.
It's all look ok, after few minutes of editing error show up and from there no changes being saved.
Does the same thing happen in Firefox? It is definitely your header bar that is throwing the error, which is why it isn't reloading and why you're losing your locks. Did you perhaps install some new anti-virus, anti-spyware type software that could be blocking our header reloads via JavaScript?
That what i was thinking as well. Firewall works but it's letting everything from our domain to run. No antivirus or firewall.
Can you try a different browser or PC, perhaps? That might help narrow the problem down. If it only started happening recently, can you think of anything you may have installed/uninstalled that would affect your browser?
Works ok in Firefox!
Actally dosn't work in Firefox. Error dosn't come up any more but still problem with edditing after few minutes. I have tried computer at home, office othe office same problem :(
You may need to install Firebug for Firefox to check for JavaScript errors. Can you trace the start of this back to a change you've made to the system?
got this:
msgDiv has no properties
cancelMsgDiv()_admin (line 245)
reloadHeader(true)_admin (line 154)
[Break on this error] msgDiv.style.display = "none";
Ok, but this used to work properly, right? So, what has changed on your system that may have caused this to occur? Have you upgraded recently? Or changed URLs? Or changed your server configuration? We need to work out why this is happening on your system now.
