Patch for Bug 6313

Is there a way to get a patch for bug 6313 http://bugs.matrix.squiz.net/view_bug.php?bug_id=6313 ?

 

Right now we can't even create design customizations because they can't be made live. We really need to patch is. Currently we are using a Trigger to make them Live.

 

Any help as to find this on the CVS?
