I am experiencing a problem when searching for, and selecting/editing 2 or more documents with Edit+.
If you search for a document-type asset - PDF, Word, Excel - in Edit+, select it, edit it etc, then search for another document and try to select it, you receive an error window advising that you don’t have permission to edit that document. The details of this error actually refer to the first document you have just finished editing, not the new one you are trying to select.
The error is:
You do not have permissions to access this asset.
The URL refers to the 1st document’s asset ID.
If you got to the Asset Listing and navigate to a standard page, select it, and then search again for the 2nd document, you can select it and edit normally.
This issue only seems to happen with PDF, Word and Excel document assets. It isn’t related to user permissions, as it occurs with Simple Edit users and Sys Admin users.
Has anyone else come across this issue, and if so, know what is causing it and how to fix the issue? It obviously becomes a problem if you are trying to edit a number of documents at a time.
