Permissions error when using Analytics tab in Edit+

We have recently set up Google Analytics connection, and added the Analytics tab to Edit+.

It works for me as an Sys Admin user in Edit+.

However, Simple Edit Users who have permission to edit, approve and make live assets get a permissions error when trying to view statistics via this tab in Edit+.

The error message is:
“You do not have permission to access this asset.”

The Simple Edit User has admin permissions for the asset.

Is there a particular set of permissions we need to apply to the Google Analytics Connector to allow it to work with Edit+?

I think I’ve sorted the issue.
Made the Google Analytics connector live, denied public user permission, but granted read access to all Squiz users.
This seems to have done the trick.

Correct, you need to make sure your editors have at least read access to that GA connector asset.
