Welcome to the Squiz Matrix Support forum.

Before you post a new topic, make sure you have made a search to find similar existing topics to your support query.

If you cannot find an answer to your problem and want to post a new topic, please try and always include:

  • The Matrix and/or Edit+ version you are using
  • Your Operating System and browser type and version (if applicable)
  • Any screenshots that might help describe the problem
  • Steps to replicate the problem

The more information you can supply about your issue, the quicker and easier it will be for other members to help.

Kind regards,

The Squiz Matrix Team

I wonder if something like this http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/3834-topic-template-system could be used to required entering some of those fields each time a post is made. It would be super helpful.

Good idea Nic, we'll definitely look into using something like. At the moment it is still manageable.

Sorry Bart I must admit my posts are too conversational. Apologies if any of mine have frustrated the crap out of you then I sincerely apologise.

And I work on in a support role you think I would be used to just giving the facts. Oh dear. Sorry

All good fuzzi, you're not frustrating at all. I just wanted to make sure people put that info first so that they can get help quicker, rather than people asking them, then for them to reply again, and then people try to replicate it properly. Just speeds the process up for the person reporting the issue. :)
