Poll - can't clear votes

We've been trying to set up a poll in the CMS using the polls tool and we can't seem to clear the votes, despite selecting the 'delete users' option.  It then shows that there are no voting records existing for this quesetion, yet the votes remain.  Is there somewhere else we're supposed to be refreshing or regenerating?  Where is the CMS storing the voting records?

 

I've seen some old posts about this and wondering if this is still a flaw in the system?

What version of Matrix are you experiencing this on? 

 

I'm wondering if this functionality is just to allow the users to vote again, not to remove their vote from the total.

 

You could also just delete the answer completely and create a new one, or alternatively, clone the question and see if the voting results get cleared that way.
