Potential cron manager dead lock issue

  1. An existing cron manager is currently running an extremely long running job.
  2. Something has caused the cron manager to exit uncleanly and the lock wasn't able to be removed.



    How can we resolve this issue?

Login in as "root" and go to the Cron Manager's "Running Status" screen. When you lock that screen, you will be able to manually clear the cron deadlock.
