Finally got MySource up and running and now powering to making Designs.
I have run across a small issue that i assume has something to do with how i set the system up originally.
I have installed MySource and PostgreSQL on a server and am now working on a PC on the same network. I can use MySource Fine, i can upload designs fine, i can apply said designs but when i preview the site it looks as if it can't find the CSS file, so i looked at the source i get this…
All further img tags are also pointing at 127.0.0.1/_designs......
I believe this is a fault with how i set up MySource but i have no idea where to start looking for the offending 127.0.0.1.
Right-click on your Designs Folder and go to the URLs screen. In there, you'll probably find a URL that is "127.0.0.1". Acquire the lock, remove this URL by blanking out the text field, and ensure that there are other correct URLs in there.
It is best to ensure the hostname of the URL you enter matches the hostname of the URL of your site (ie. the address in your browser address bar). This is because Matrix generally selects the "closest" matching URL to the current one when it serves content out of the Designs Folder.
But remember to add "/_designs" to the end of the hostname when configuring the URL for the Designs Folder so that you can use the plain hostname as the URL for your site (if you haven't already).
Also, you'll need to change the URL on the Media and Users folders as well.
