We’ve just launched our public site (on 3.6.0) and we’ve created a matrix form at http://www.dha.gov.au/for-investors/lease/preliminary-questionnaire BUT some members of the public are complaining that it keeps refereshing, so they’re unable to fill out the form.
It’s not happening to us at work and some staff have tested it at home and it’s fine so I don’t know what’s going on. Has anyone had similar problems? Yes, the form is long so that could be one problem!!

Just a quick one on that, how did you set up the form using mysource Matrix? do you have a specific module?
Custom Forms are part of the commercial CMS module.
