Recaptcha form validation fails before even filling out the form

As the title implies, I have several forms which have an error message displaying regarding ReCaptcha validation - before you even fill out the form? How can a form be invalid before you have even filled it out or even had an attempt at recaptcha?

 

This system worked before on some forms but now for some reason, it is not working on a collection of forms. Have already set it up to cover the entire domain via the External Tools Configuration. Have enabled its use on the form, used all the proper keywords and everything. Same formula I have been using for quite a long time.

 

Now I am getting an error message which absolutely makes no sense at all. Is there something that I am missing here?

I can;'t see any error messages around the Captcha on that form? Can you post a screenshot of what you see?

Hmm, strange, the first time I load the page in a new session I don't see it, but when I refresh the page I suddenly see the error. I think you might need to send a support ticket into Squiz to get them to look at it further.
