For instances of large remap files, it'd extremely useful to see when the old url was last used. It'd be an easy way to remove remaps which are no longer needed.

That would be pretty awesome, unfortunately there is no easy way to list that. However you should be able to get that info from the apache/nginx server logs perhaps?
