Removing empty <ul> in menu when no children

I want to hide ul’s when there are no children in a menu design area.


I’m sure this must have been covered, but the only reference I found in the forums was a solution for Squiz CMS at:

http://forums.squizsuite.net/index.php?showtopic=6890



Is this possible in Squiz Matrix using standard design features?

Yeah, just include the <ul> tags within the my source area tag:
