Is there a recommended process for users to go through to reset a squizmap password? Email to Squiz Support or something else?
Yea I would probably email Squiz Support or shoot an email to your Account Manager. I did hear they are working on a Password Reset page for the Extranet (My Squiz), but not sure when that will be live.
Ok. We’ve tried both in the past with limited success where we were using one username, but squiz were expecting us to use another (our local domain usernames != our email aliases).
