Hi,
Do someone know if the ‘Restore the Root Folder’ in the Insert Link Menu was disabled in v4.18.3?
When trying to insert a new link or an image, this button is greyed out.

Happens for me to. Might be a bug with the new JS asset map. I've reported it as a bug to see what Squiz Labs comes back with. http://bugs.matrix.squiz.net/view_bug.php?bug_id=6883
We had this issue and got the whole asset map replaced - which covered a heap of bug fixes. Worked a treat for 4.18.0
