Safe edit preview

I am wondering if anyone has any problems with previewing content under safe edit.
One of my teammate can’t preview changes he made under safe edit, I have done a few tests from my end seems all ok using different user type (system admin or backend user)

Seems odd but I don’t want to log a ticket to support without exploring my options here.
Any suggestions or advises would be great.

Hi @sean,

It might be browser caching

Try hard refresh using control + F5 or add _nocache at the end of the URL

Also, you can try previewing safe edited content using a incognito tab.

Hi @sean,

If _nocache doesn’t work, try _recache at the end of the URL. This works for me.
