Safe Trash is a bit impossible. I cannot delete a form as the submission logs are linked to pdfs and documents. So i cannot delete either of them and now i cannot delete the form. I have to delete an entire site with safe trash on. can you help me to find an easier way to delete things.
That’s what safe trash is designed to do, prevent you from deleting assets that are linked to each other when any of those assets are live.
As a workaround, you could temporarily disable Safe Trash and then delete the form and then turn it on again?
Although curious when you say that these are linked? How? Are those PDFs and Documents uploaded to the system via the form submissions? So the form they got created in have file upload fields that created these files? And you want to keep the uploaded files but delete the form and form submissions that created them?
Unfortunately our site is shared with multiple other government departments. Basically in the custom form the submission logs are attached to the documents and the documents are attached to the submission log
So i cant delete it
