How do I search for only posts that contain both these words?

there's only one search i use for matrix related things now - http://matrixsecrets.com/ (no im not affilated with that site in any way, shape or form).
For these forums, the best thing to do is click the Advanced link next to the search box. Then make sure your results are sorted by relevance and not updated data (or whatever the default is).

Add a + infront of each word:
+squid +recache
But as someone else said, matrix secrets' funnelback search will also search these forums.
