Sending email in MySource Matrix

I send message via email in MySource Matrix more than one line. For Example

message

When user received this email, the message is displayed

undefined

-----------------------------



but the message in View Sent Messages of sender can be displayed

Hello!!

message

-----------------------------



After that I try to send one line message. It is displayed correctly.

I have already posted this bug.


And I have another question about external email.

The system don't sent message to user account's email address.

What should I do to set up about sending external email?

External mail doesn't require any configuration, as long as the email address is stored in the user's account. You might want to check with your server administrator to see if the server is configured to send mail.

I have asked for my server administrator to check about sending email configuration.
He told me that the server is configured to send mail but now I don't still receive email from MySource Matrix.

Please suggest me what I should do.

Ask your server administrator to check the mail.log file on your server to see if the messages are being delivered by MySource Matrix to your SMTP server. MySource Matrix uses the PHP mail configuration as defined in php.ini to deliver mail, so your server administrator may need to confirm that the default settings are correct.
