Hi - we have an asset builder that includes a WYSIWYG, but the buttons are very restricted - particularly want to add a link button.
I’ve searched on the forum, and there seem to be some answers involving user group permissions, but this form is for public users who will be accessing the builder directly from a web page. I’ve checked in the schema and can’t see how to change it there.

Either way, the available plugins are controlled via the Global Preferences screen https://matrix.squiz.net/manuals/system-configuration/chapters/global-preferences#User-Preferences_wysiwyg-plugins but can also be set per User Group on the https://matrix.squiz.net/manuals/users-and-permissions/chapters/user-groups#Preferences-Screen screen.
But note that the public users won’t have access to the asset map or to pick from asset IDs within your site to link to, it would only be for them to add hardcoded links.
