SOAP - 500 (Internal Server Error)

Hi all,

 

SOAP requests on an employer's installation (Matrix 4.16.2) are consistently producing POST errors in the browser log. Despite the logs filling up with these errors, the requests appear to be successful and the API does its job and delivers its response. Should I be concerned about these errors, or can they safely be ignored.

Are these SOAP errors in outbound requests from Matrix to some external API? Or inbound from external webservice to Matrix?

 

Also, how are these SOAP calls configured? Via a trigger or form submission action or other?

 

And most importantly, what do the errors say? They may just be warnings that could be ignored. I know that the trigger SOAP action has a "Mute SOAP Exceptions" checkbox that can be checked to ignore warning errors.
