I recently updated Squiz Matrix , and now my website is completely unresponsive, showing only a white screen on both the frontend and the admin panel . There are no error messages or warnings, and I can’t access any part of the site.
I have already tried clearing the Squiz Matrix cache, checking PHP error logs, and disabling custom themes and plugins via the database , but nothing has worked so far.
I suspect this could be related to a PHP version conflict, a missing dependency, or a server configuration issue.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on troubleshooting or potential fixes would be greatly appreciated!
