Squiz matrix warning - CSV upload on form select feild

Hi team,

When attempting to upload a CSV file form a form select question the following warning is received

It doesn’t seem to affect the form and the options are replaced.

Any ideas?

Looks like it’s saying that the default option can’t have an empty key. Maybe try putting a dash (-) in or something to see if that works?

Nath just installed Apache Tika,
