Squiz support in the USA

Just wondering if anyone here is using Matrix with the premium modules in the USA? If so, how is your support experience, and how do you get support without having a toll free number to call? Does it work adequately using email?

The company I work for is just finishing up a support contract and we have the premium modules. You need the support contract to get the upgrades to the modules which is pretty much a MUST as I've realized!


However, can't rate the service yet though as we haven't started. :wink:

Thank you. No, we are planning on purchasing support hours for sure, about 64 to begin with. But I am just wondering how well it works without having phone support, well, unless I want to call long distance to Australia, which we cannot afford here.


Please let me know how the service is once you start.
