We are looking to move our hosting to Microsoft Azure. They provide Ubuntu as a Linux option. Looks like they are running Ubuntu which by default will install PHP 5.5.
Does Matrix have any support for 5.5? (We are on Matrix 5.1.1.0)

Not officially, but we haven't had any reports on things not working on php5. Upgrading to Matrix 5.2 is probably a good idea as it is closer in terms of supportability as it gets tested and fixed for php5.4.
Let us know however if you do spot any issues.
