System Management - Asset Status Option

Matrix Version: 5.4.3.1

I just noticed on the later version of Matrix the Asset Status option has disappeared for the System Management assets such as Layout Manager, Remap Manager, Cache Manager, Tag Manager, Bulk Mail Manager etc.

Does this mean out of the box they’re always enabled? If not how do you go about enabling and disabling it?

The status of those assets has never done anything. As in, they have always been enabled, but some obviously require to be explicitly enabled on the details screen, for example such as the Cache Manager and Trigger Manager.
