After creating different sites on same matrix server, the need to restrict access to other clients sites are increasing.
Is there anyone who know how to for instance trigger the teleport function based on a usergroup? I saw that last there was talk about this was Aug 12 2004, so I reckon there should be some updates on this matter.

No development on teleporting has been commissioned by any of Squiz’s clients. It remains a feature we want to add, but unfortunately it has a lower priority than funded development, as you can understand. 
Feel free to contact your Squiz Account Manager to get an idea of how much this development would cost, to determine whether or not you’d want to fund it yourself.
It is now in development and will be ready for 3.10
