Is it possible to update existing remaps (about 100 remaps) by upload a csv file?
if not, what is the best practice to update it in the remap manager.

In that version of Matrix, you need to download the existing list of remaps to CSV from the Remap Manager, then delete all the remaps in the system, then edit your CSV file, and upload it again.
In the latest 5.4 version you can simply just upload a new one which will overwrite any existing ones.
