Upgrading 4-16-0 checkout_action_save_xml

Hi, while upgrading I am getting the following error?

 

 

 

 

Installing queries for MySource Matrix core... [ OK ]

Installing queries for installed packages (21 packages)... [ OK ] Installing queries for installed assets (536 assets)... [ FAILED ]

(Exception at checkout_action_save_xml asset: Unable to install queries for asset "checkout_action_save_xml"; the asset must be installed first.)

Hi Almo, can you provide some more information about your upgrade please? Such as what version you are upgrading from and which version you are upgrading to? Also which installation step you are running.
