I know this should of been done 4 years ago.
Finally get the resources to do it (ie a stable dev environment) only to find I can no longer access the files or upgrade guides.
Anywhere I should look?
Why only upgrade to 3.x?
I dont' think you can upgrade to version 4.x without upgrading to 3.28 first.

thanks Nic, got all I need to upgrade.
Tom once we get to 3.28.9 and that will be some time away, I will look at going to 4, but it does depend of a few factors outside my control.
