Uploading BPO Intelligence flash ebooks

We have a distributed author looking to upload a BPO intelligent flash ebook to a site we're serving from Matrix.

 

Has anyone uploaded one of these before and have any tips?  There's a lot of files (69 directories, 548 files) and I'm thinking that the bulk file upload tool might be the quickest and easiest way?

I've tried the bulk file upload tool this morning and it only wants to import one file - the 'ebook' as provided has the following folder structure:
 
index.html
+ files folder
++ assets folder
++ flash folder
++ common folder
++ mobile folder
...
 
the folder structure goes at least 3-4 levels deep (I'm not looking further at it).  If Matrix can't handle it well I'm beginning to think hosting it separate of Matrix may be required.
 
Again, any thoughts from anyone?

I wouldn't host something that complex within Matrix IF you it is just for the public user, then you don't have to worry about Matrix permissions.

 

Just create a new place on your web server and update your virtualhosts file for that location.
