Yes, we have cookies switched on.
Following installation via the web installer, matrix does not appear to recognise the system owner's account that we entered only minutes before.
Have deleted all code and database and repeated the process from scratch.
We're cutting and pasting the account details in both steps, so we're not having "finger trouble".
There are no errors appearing at any stage.
How can we diagnose further ?
