Is it possible to disable html tidy for certain content in EES wysiwyg?

Not for specific types of content. HTML tidy can only be enabled/disabled (in admin) which applies to all content.

 

Edit+ (which replaces matrix default editor with the Squiz Labs built Viper editor) avoids using HTML tidy completely. Viper comes with its own in built cleanup which takes the normal worry away from copy/paste post cleanup issues.

How do I find out what html standards Viper works to? Hopefully higher than 4.01 Transitional?
