WAMP for RC2 - any good ones that you know of?

Does anyone know of any good WAMPs for windows installation of RC2?


We have used Triad before, but this has some things that don't work, such as zendoptimizer and problems with pear registry.



Any other WAMPs worth a try with compatible versions to match the RC2 release?

To be honest, I find individual installations of Apache, PostgreSQL 8.0 and PHP to be the most consistent. Nowadays, each of them has a pretty simple Windows-based installer, so its not the nightmare to install as it used to be.


I recommend installing PostgreSQL first, then Apache 2, then PHP 4.3.

For all those out there - if anyone knows of the best place to get all 3 seperate files that work ok for a windows server and RC2 of matrix, please post here. I'm sure others will benefit also.

Doesn't matter - I went to the source and downloaded from each of the respective websites. I'll try from there.

How did you get on? I found that Postgresql 8 froze during installation.
