Where are Online Quiz pages documented?

I downloaded the latest CMS manual but it doesn't cover Online Quiz pages - are these documented in any other manual at all?

Parts of the CMS manual have been released.



The old CMS manual is being broken up into smaller manuals so it is easier to find the information you are after. So far the Custom Form, Asset Listing (including What’s New and Hit Count Listing Page) and Remote Content have been released.



I am currently working on the Other CMS Assets manual (which will be available within the next week or so) and then I will be writting the manual for the online quiz assets.
