Where can I address Feature Requests?

Where and how can I address feature requests for implementation? I'm looking at the following to be added to the custom forms module:


1/. Currently no facility to separate option/value pairs for select type fields. For instance a human readable select option might be "Bread" but the value might need to be the product ID "B2348K".



This is probably the most critical change we'd like to see happen under the forms system as combining of option/value pairs does not work for us for most of our forms use.



2/. Would be great to have a dedicated Date field type with a calendar picker as this offsets the need to check for appropriately formed dates. The picker might have the following options:



1/. Min and Max dates that the user can select from

2/. Date format options similar to the keyword options

3/. Default date i.e. the date that is automatically selected–if any

4/. When displayed the field features a read-only text box witha a pop-up date picker which pastes the appropriate value back into the text box. Previously on our old static site we used a JavaScript pop-up calendar to perform this.
