there is a guide for Upgrade 3.24.1 to 3.24.2 and 3.24.4 to 3.24.5 but 3.24.2 to 3.24.3 is missing.

the guides are only written when there are extra steps to run (like database commands or upgrade scripts etc). If there is no guide for a point release (in your case 3.24.2 to 3.24.3), just follow the standard minor upgrade instructions.
