Visible Caption

Hi,
Is there a way to easily display the caption of images inserted in content?

Cheers.

The new Image Content Type is the only way to enforce the caption that I know of. The content type allows the user to select an image and enter a caption (or use the one applied to the image asset). The content is printed in consistent format so it can be styled.

Is that 3.8 or 3.9?

3.8 - CMS Package

Yeah, there are some fun new Content Types added in v3.8, including the Image and Code types. Most of them being showcased on the new Matrix website.

Hello everyone…

What is the keyword I should use to display the image caption? I've tried using %asset_attritute_caption% as appears in the manual without any luck.

After believing there was a 'typo' on the Matrix User Manual - Vol.2, I tried variations on the spelling for the word "attribute", but it doesn't work.

Do I have the right keyword?

I would appreciate your help in this matter

%asset_attribute_caption% will print the caption for images in asset listings and search results, but not in a standard page. There is no way to do that without using the Image Content Type.
